LOS ANGELES - Spend a few hours with Cesar Millan at his dog psychology centre in California, and you quickly realise it is not just the dogs being trained but their humans too.

The world's most famous dog trainer underscores this in his newest series, Cesar Millan: Better Human Better Dog, which debuts on National Geographic (Singtel TV Channel 201 and StarHub TV Channel 411) at 9pm on Sept 1. It will stream on Disney+ from Nov 10.
