SINGAPORE – Hong Kong A-listers Aaron Kwok and Tony Leung Chiu Wai were put through the wringer for their new film, Where The Wind Blows, a dramatisation of the true story of two real-life police inspectors, Lui Lok and Nam Kong, who built an empire of corruption in the 30 years after World War II in Hong Kong.

At the end of their lives, both men were fugitives wanted by anti-corruption authorities in Hong Kong for their crimes.
