Yoasobi Asia Tour 2024-2025 “Cho-Genjitsu” Live In Singapore

Japanese pop sensation Yoasobi will be back in Singapore, this time for shows that are much bigger than their last one here a year ago.

Yoasobi – comprising singer Ikura, 24, and composer Ayase, 30 – will play two nights at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. It is a venue larger than the one at Resorts World Sentosa’s Resorts World Ballroom, where they played in January 2024.

The gigs are part of a series of regional shows that is touted as being the biggest arena tour by a Japanese artiste in Asia, with 14 shows in cities such as Hong Kong, Jakarta and Shanghai.

The duo topped streaming charts in Japan with their 2019 debut single Into The Night.

They are also known for the TikTok-viral Idol, the theme song for the anime Oshi No Ko (2023), the first J-pop song to top Billboard’s Global Excluding US charts, Apple Music’s Top 100: Global and YouTube’s Top 100 songs charts.

Konsert Galau is a gig with an all-star cast of music acts from Malaysia and Indonesia.

From Indonesia, the line-up features pop-rock band Ungu, pop singer Rossa, alternative rock band Nidji and pop singer Fabio Asher. Joining them are Malaysian pop-rock band Exists.

The concert’s name, Galau, is a term popular in Indonesia that denotes feelings of sadness and complex romantic emotions, and the performing acts are well known for their lovelorn ballads and hit songs.

This is the third and last in the Konsert Galau series. The first two were also held at Singapore Expo in 2023.

The line-up was chosen by SAHabats, a local community of music fans and supporters of the show’s organisers, SAH Entertainment, a company headed by home-grown singer Sufi Rashid.

Beatlemania! 2025 ft. The Cavern Beatles

Celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Fab Four with The Cavern Beatles, a Beatles tribute act from Liverpool.

PHOTO: TIMBRE

Mark the 65th anniversary of music icons The Beatles with a concert by tribute band The Cavern Beatles.

Hailing from Liverpool – the birthplace of The Beatles – the outfit’s name is inspired by Cavern Club, the historic venue where the Fab Four played in their early days.

Take a trip back in time with signature tunes such as She Loves You (1964), Hey Jude (1968) and Come Together (1969).

Look out also for the attention to details. The Cavern Beatles, who have been around for two decades, are known for styling themselves exactly like John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, from the haircuts to the suits to the music instruments.
