2024 Energy Imminent Live in Singapore
Taiwanese boy band Energy’s upcoming Singapore Indoor Stadium show will be their first at the venue in more than two decades.
The quintet – comprising Milk, Edy, Toro, Kunda and Shuwei – officially reunited in January after going on hiatus in 2009.
Formed in 2001, they released their debut album Come On in 2002 and are known for hits such as Taste Of Tears (2005).
If their Taipei concerts in July are anything to go by, fans can expect to see the members execute the breakdancing moves they are known for since their early days.
They still have a dedicated fan base in Singapore. When they were in town from Oct 4 to 6 to promote this concert, around 350 fans turned up at Changi Airport to welcome them and 9,000 attended a fan event at Our Tampines Hub on Oct 5.

In March 2023, Indian music star Anirudh Ravichander wowed fans in Singapore with a concert featuring a 360-degree stage – the first for an Indian rock concert here – at Singapore Indoor Stadium.
He is set to repeat that feat, this time with a concert that is part of his Hukum world tour, which has included shows across North America.
The singer, composer and producer, whose songs have clocked more than 2.2 billion streams on Spotify, is set to perform hits such as Hukum from the soundtrack of 2023 Tamil action comedy Jailer. He composed the original score for the film that starred Tamil movie icon Rajinikanth.
One of the most prominent music-makers in contemporary Indian cinema, Anirudh shot to fame when his debut song Why This Kolaveri Di for the 2012 film 3 went viral. It has clocked more than 485 million views on YouTube.
He has since won numerous accolades for his songs and soundtrack work, including 10 at the South Indian International Movie Awards, six at the Edison Awards, five at the Vijay awards and two at the Filmfare Awards South.
