Centimillimental Asia Tour 2025 ‘ribbon’ – Singapore

Japanese singer-songwriter Centimillimental will be back in Singapore to perform at Gateway Theatre, the same venue he played at in 2023.

Known for the music of popular anime series Given (2019) and Bakuten!! (2021), Centimillimental is a solo project by the artiste also known as Atsushi.

A multi-instrumentalist, he mixes pop melodies with classical arrangements, with elements from genres such as progressive and alternative rock.

The show is part of a tour that includes dates in other Asian cities such as Taipei and Seoul.

Esplanade Presents – Mosaic Music Series – Joep Beving

Dutch composer and pianist Joep Beving is staging his first concert in Singapore.

Dutch composer and pianist Joep Beving is known for minimalist pieces that merge classical music with contemporary electronic sounds. His upcoming concert will be his first in Singapore.

Describing his music as “simple music for complex emotions”, his songs garner an average of over 1.8 million listeners on Spotify alone.

His releases include a trilogy comprising Solipsism (2015), Prehension (2017) and Henosis (2019), and his fourth and latest solo record, Hermetism (2022), composed during the bleak days of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The concert is part of the Esplanade’s long-running, multi-genre music series, Mosaic.

Feeder Live In Singapore

Welsh rock band Feeder’s upcoming gig will be their first in Singapore in six years.

Comprising Welsh singer-songwriter Grant Nicholas and Japanese bassist Taka Hirose, the band made their name in the late 1990s and are best known for Buck Rogers – a song from their third album, Echo Park (2001) – that was their first British Top 10 hit.

They won Best British Live Act (2001) and Best British Band (2003) at British music magazine Kerrang!’s annual awards show. They were inducted into Kerrang! Radio’s Hall of Fame in 2019, the year they played their first show in Singapore at The Pavilion @ Far East Square.

In 2024, the band released their latest and 12th album, Black/Red, an 18-track double album. The final in a trilogy of albums that started with Torpedo (2022), it is their 11th album to reach the Top 10 on the British charts.
