Sale falls through but Cathay cinemas will operate as usual

It will be business as usual for Cathay Cineplexes after an agreement to sell the business to local investment firm Kingsmead Properties fell through.
In a statement to The Straits Times, a Cathay spokesman says: "(We) remain committed to deliver the same high level of service and programming. The possible sale of ownership will not have any impact on our operations."
