LOS ANGELES - Cooper Raiff has had a fairy-tale start as a young film-maker, but his movies, about young men who feel adrift, channel something he has felt himself.
He was a second-year university student in Los Angeles when he decided to make a short film on an ultra-low budget and with no film-making experience.
