SINGAPORE – Fans of the Now You See Me heist thriller film franchise (2013 to present) will soon get to see adrenaline-pumping performances and grand feats of illusion in the flesh.
The Now You See Me Live stage production, based on characters created by screenwriters Boaz Yakin and Edward Ricourt – who were behind the story of the first Now You See Me movie – will make its Asia premiere at Sands Theatre on Feb 20.
From the producers of The Illusionists, another magic show staged at Sands Theatre in 2022, the upcoming show features an ensemble of magicians titled the “Four Horsemen”, consisting of American Adam Trent, Frenchman Enzo Weyne, Italian Andrew Basso and Canadian Gabriella Lester.
They have performed thousands of shows in hundreds of cities – including sell-out residencies on Broadway and in Las Vegas – and are expected to unleash an arsenal of solo skills which promise to leave audiences spellbound.
On the big screen, the Four Horsemen are played by Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco and Isla Fisher.
