SINGAPORE – A touring multimedia exhibition based on K-pop star G-Dragon’s latest album Ubermensch will take place at Jewel Changi Airport from Oct 1 to 13, its first stop in South-east Asia.
The G-Dragon Media Exhibition: Ubermensch will be held at the venue’s Changi Experience Studio at Level 4 and South Gateway Garden & South Lookout on level 2.
Spread over five interactive zones that span 3,000 sq m, it features art installations and hologram photo opportunities, as well as merchandise exclusive to Singapore.
Tickets to the exhibition, which cost $33, will go on sale on Sept 25.
The exhibition coincides with the 37-year-old’s upcoming concert at the Singapore Grand Prix’s Padang Stage on Oct 3, his first show in Singapore after almost eight years. He last performed solo at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in 2017.
The Ubermensch exhibition had been held in Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong and Osaka, and will open in Macau on Sept 29.
Visitors get to see G-Dragon perform up close via virtual technology, and film a hologram video with him at the exhibition.

The ticketed section includes spaces where visitors get to experience a one-on-one performance by the South Korean singer up close via virtual technology (VR), and film a hologram video with him. There will also be recreations of the venues and sets found in his music videos.
The merchandise on sale includes lightsticks, umbrellas and two T-shirt designs exclusive to Singapore.
There is also a free, non-ticketed section at Jewel Changi Airport’s Rain Vortex that includes a 3m-tall daisy, his trademark symbol.
