With her androgynous bob, boots, jeans and a long cardigan, singer-songwriter Anpu looked like the ultimate indie cool girl as she commanded the stage at the Esplanade Concert Hall on Sunday. But the 41-year-old, previously known by her stage name Deserts Chang, was not without a funny bone.
