SINGAPORE – South Korean singer-actress Jisoo could not resist the charm of some of the animals at Mandai Wildlife Reserve during her recent trip to Singapore.
The member of K-pop girl group Blackpink shot the music video for her song
On Aug 21, VisitSingapore dropped on its social media pages a 50-second video of Jisoo at the reserve.
It was captioned: “Okay, we can’t contain our love for Jisoo and the fennec foxes. When she’s not dazzling on-screen in her latest video, you can find Jisoo making new, adorable friends at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve (African penguins included).”
With Your Love playing over the clip, the star is seen taking selfies with the African penguins and petting one of them.
The 30-year-old also took selfies with the fennec foxes and played with them.
Your Love is a single from Jisoo’s debut solo EP Amortage, which was released on Feb 14. She was in Singapore in March for an appearance at Amortage at Far East Malls, a pop-up store celebrating the release.
Jisoo, whose full name is Kim Ji-soo, will be back with her Blackpink bandmates to perform at the National Stadium on Nov 29 and 30
She recently starred in the South Korean action fantasy film Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy (2025)
