SINGAPORE – Did you know you can improve your dog’s fitness, flexibility and muscle strength?

One of the highlights at Pets & Plants Extravaganza 2025 is Rico’s Dog Fitness Trial. Here, pawrents learn about the training programme that is said to condition the body and mind of dogs.

The annual pets and plants fair will also feature a Socially Responsible showcase, where visitors can learn about responsible adoption, and meet dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters seeking their forever homes.

Visitors to the free event can also see and learn about rare turtle species and discover the therapeutic wonders of aquatic ecosystems.

Plant enthusiasts can find out more about urban gardening from international and local horticulturists.

There will be a marketplace for pets and plant supplies, as well as workshops – such as for building terrariums and crafting kokedama, the Japanese art of growing plants in a moss-covered ball of soil.

The pet-friendly event will be held at Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre, Halls 401 and 402, from Jan 17 to 19. Go to www.ppextravaganza.com/event for more information and the full list of workshops and timings.
