SINGAPORE – There is a quiet consensus within the co-living industry that “co-living” has become more of a buzzword than a well-defined concept. 

As a result of the industry’s exponential growth over the last five years, the term has become so overused that industry players such as Ms Adeline Phua, managing partner of co-living brand lyf, find that its definition is now rather fragmented.
