Property agents The Straits Times spoke to say that, in recent years, 60 to 80 per cent of their new customer leads come from social media marketing.

SINGAPORE – Since property agent Adee Salleh started posting educational videos and tips on the property market on her social media feed about two years ago, she has seen business increase threefold.
From an average of two transactions a month in early 2022, she now closes between six and eight deals monthly. In 2023, she closed 83 deals and recorded an annual income of more than $600,000.
