SINGAPORE – The arts roared back to life in 2022 after two years of shutdowns, no shows and safe management measures.

Live shows had been creeping back in fits and starts since 2021, but safe management measures such as social distancing and mask-wearing kept audience capacity at just 35 per cent and the mood in the doldrums.
