SINGAPORE – The year got off to a great start for digital artist Shavonne Wong.

After British actor Idris Elba bought his first non-fungible tokens (NFTs) from her and posted about them on TikTok in January, the prices of the works in her Love Is Love collection jumped from about $20 to around $1,100.
