SINGAPORE - Gillman Barracks saw a slow start to Singapore Art Week (SAW) on Saturday as visitors trickled in.

Gallerist Melanie Taylor, from Sundaram Tagore Gallery, said the low numbers could be due to the late lunch crowd.
