SINGAPORE - The Silver Arts festival is back for its 10th edition, celebrating seniors in the arts with performances, workshops and exhibitions over four months.

The annual event by the National Arts Council (NAC) runs from September to December with more than 30 free physical and online events in English, Malay, Tamil, Mandarin and Chinese dialects.
