SINGAPORE – At a time when it seems like digital books dominate and chain bookstores are closing, three new independent bookstores have opened in Singapore.
Book Bar, located at 57 Duxton Road, officially opened on July 22 to a packed house, thanks to a savvy social media campaign, word of mouth and tourist drop-ins.
