SINGAPORE – Singapore artist Chng Nai Wee’s provocative Sin Of Apathy may have been exhibited 32 years ago, but this year is the first time the 54-year-old has had a chance to see it in person.

The video installation work comprising 12 television monitors had been one of the works accepted for the national sculpture exhibition held at the Singapore National Museum in 1991.
