SINGAPORE – Famed Japanese butoh dance troupe Sankai Juku is staging the international premiere of its latest show, Totem – Void And Height, at the Esplanade.
Totem is the final work by the group’s legendary founder Ushio Amagatsu, who died on March 25 from heart failure at the age of 74. The performances from Oct 4 to 6 are part of the CAN – Connect Asia Now weekend.
