SINGAPORE – Second-generation pioneer artist Teo Eng Seng is thrilled to check off the milestone of a comprehensive survey of his life’s work.
“I’ve hit my target,” the ebullient 86-year-old tells The Straits Times. “The plan since I was a little fella was to go to England for my education and get to the level of being a big museum exhibition. I think I’ve met every step of my plan.”
