Who: Ms Nor Wang, 44, is a specialist in South and South-east Asian art and the head of development at the Asian Civilisations Museum. She is the founder of two podcasts – Nor’s Nusantara and Nor’s Mandala – which explore visual cultures across maritime South-east Asia and South Asia.

Recently, she was invited by the Bhutan government to

take part in its inaugural Global Peace Prayer Festival

, coinciding with the 70th birth year of Bhutan’s former king Jigme Singye Wangchuck. She led a multinational team of journalists from Singapore, Hong Kong and North America to document the event, collaborating also on a short film with Singapore artmaker Choy Ka Fai.
