A throng of people, packed shoulder to shoulder, encases Bedok Town Square to watch the harsh beauty and athletic fluidity of Pact Of Water. Choreographed by Singaporean Christina Chan and danced by Singapore Ballet, it is part of the multidisciplinary performance The Sea And The Neighbourhood that is the opening of Singapore International Festival of Arts (Sifa) 2025.
