SINGAPORE – Fresh off her compelling performance in Wild Rice’s one-woman play Psychob***h, Sindhura Kalidas has an unusual way of riding the wave – by going backstage.

The 34-year-old marks her directorial debut with The Necessary Stage’s (TNS) upcoming verbatim theatre play Happy Indian Women, which premieres at the National Library’s Drama Centre Black Box on Nov 2.
