Who: Mr Kelvin Fong, 50, was appointed the new chief executive of real estate agency PropNex in July. Previously the deputy CEO, Mr Fong has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and is in charge of the company’s day-to-day operations and expansion efforts both here and in the region.
Under his watch are over 11,000 real estate salespersons in Singapore, with more in its overseas offices in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Australia. Mr Fong is also the best-selling author of Elevate Your Assets, Elevate Your Wealth (2025), which provides advice on how to invest and save money through property.
