Who: Joel Shen, 45, heads Withers Tech Asia, part of legal firm Withers KhattarWong. His team specialises in, among other things, tech investments and commercialisation of digital assets.
The corporate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in private legal practice is also the vice-chairman of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia. Based in both Singapore and Indonesia, the Singaporean lectures at educational institutions in both countries.
