SINGAPORE – Ballet doyenne Goh Soo Khim was a constant presence at her brother Goh Choo San’s side in the final month of his life.

In her new memoir, Love Connects: My Life In Dance, the 81-year-old recalls: “Ever since I arrived in New York a month earlier towards the end of September 1987, I had hardly left his three-room apartment, having only stepped out to either accompany him to the hospital or to buy food.”
