If you have seen an elderly gentleman painting in the streets of Chinatown or Tanjong Pagar in the last couple of years, it might well have been Ong Kim Seng.

The Cultural Medallion Award recipient's exhibition of new watercolour works painted en plein air (outdoors) opened on July 16 at artcommune gallery.
