Ways to boost tray return

I was dining at a local foodcourt when I heard a mother say to her daughter: "No need to clear the tables, the cleaners will do it."

I suggest that we limit foodcourt cleaners' jobs to just washing dishes. This way, patrons will have no choice but to clear their own trays and clean up after themselves.

One problem is that many eating places I have been to do not have the tray-return racks in prominent places. Some people may be keen to return their trays, but can't find the racks to place their trays on.

This situation needs to be improved on if we want to see success with the tray-return movement.
