Speedy, hassle-free passport collection service

I applied online for a new passport with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) on the night of Feb 13, and received an e-mail on Feb 16, informing me that I could pick up my passport on Feb 18.

I collected my passport within minutes of getting a queue number, and I walked away with my Singapore passport with pride.

I am immensely proud of the efficiency of the ICA.
