Put a stop to touting at Lau Pa Sat

It had been many years since I last set foot in Lau Pa Sat. However, a visit there last week was a great shock to me: Hawkers were openly touting for customers, especially if they were foreigners.
A fight nearly broke out between two rival stalls near the open road. It was an ugly sight.
The authorities should put a stop to such behaviour as it may make foreigners think we are a backward nation.
