Consider other languages for SkillsFutureSG portal

There could be some important considerations behind the decision to use only English for the SkillsFutureSG portal (www.skillsfuture.sg).
But I wonder if those who are less proficient in English will be cut off from this resource.
Perhaps the relevant agencies can deliberate the merits of having other languages for the portal to get more mileage out of it.
