Some years ago, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) gave citizens a copy of the civil defence emergency handbook.
There were a few updated versions, which I proudly shared with my overseas friends, as the handbook contained very useful information.
However, it seems to be no longer available, not even on the SCDF website.
Why did the SCDF discontinue this handbook?
