SINGAPORE - Next year, the average Singapore worker is going to be loving his job less than his peers in the rest of the world, and loving it no more than in the year before.
Employee engagement here is expected to lag behind the global average in 2024, with no improvement made over 2023, according to a survey of over 1,000 resident workers by Qualtrics.
