When Indonesia-based FKS Food & Agri was founded by his father Edy Kusuma as a small fish oil and fish feed mill in 1992, Mr Chandy Kusuma was barely seven years old and starting school.

But the younger Kusuma, being the only son in a family of three children, always knew the plans his father had for him.
