Tech giant IBM opposes increased tariffs imposed by any country

SINGAPORE - Tech giant IBM will continue to oppose the imposition of increased tariffs, and other protectionist methods by any country that would harm the firm or its trading partners, a top company official has said.

"Trade is a big thing for the whole world," said Ms Harriet Green, IBM Asia Pacific chief executive, told The Straits Times.
