SINGAPORE – Five Singapore Exchange-listed companies were among 100 of the Republic’s fastest-growing firms, underscoring their ability to scale revenues during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, while continuing to optimise bottom lines for shareholders, a list released on Jan 21 showed.

The companies are: engineering specialist CSE Global, property agency ERA Realty Network, tech device maker Aztech Global, oil company Rex International and seafood distributor Oceanus Group.

The Singapore’s Fastest Growing Companies list in 2025 features 100 local businesses that achieved markedly high revenue growth between 2020 and 2023.

Part of the criteria to be considered is that they must be independent companies headquartered in Singapore with at least $150,000 of revenue generated in 2020 and $1.5 million in 2023.

On the list for the first time is mainboard-listed CSE Global, a systems integrator providing electrification, communications and automation solutions for various industries globally.

The company grew its revenue by more than 44 per cent between 2020 and 2023 – from $503 million to $725 million.

CSE Global’s chief financial officer Eddie Foo said the jump in growth is due to the company’s “strategy and efforts to expand our customer base for electrification and critical communications solutions, which bore fruit in 2023 and continue to grow”.

The company also worked with its customers to understand their growth plans and timeline for expansion.

“This allows CSE Global to plan ahead by investing in resources and production capacity, such as equipment and floor space, to meet their demands.”

For example, customers are seeing a jump in demand for power to run data centres and electric vehicle infrastructure. More power grids will also be undergoing capacity upgrades.

ERA Realty also made its debut on the top 100 list this year.

It claims it is the largest international real estate agency in Singapore with a presence across 13 countries and territories.

ERA Realty grew its revenue by about 40 per cent to over half a billion in 2023 compared with 2020.

This coincided with strong demand for public and private property in Singapore amid the pandemic, a period when central banks also brought down interest rates, making borrowing cheaper for buyers.
