Slower pace of growth in April

Singapore's key exports continued to grow at a slower pace last month for the fifth straight month as Covid-19 lockdowns in China began to bite. Non-oil domestic exports rose 6.4 per cent year on year last month, after 7.7 per cent growth in March. Analysts say the situation in China is the main concern weighing on Singapore's external demand.
