SINGAPORE – The oft-heard lament about the Singapore stock market is that most investors here are simply get-rich-quick gamblers with little or no appreciation for value.
Perhaps this is a little extreme. If one goes by the performance of the trio of banks and other value plays, stock prices largely reflect their worth and value.
