SINGAPORE - Celebrity chef Justin Quek heaved a sigh of relief when China showed signs of

moving away from its zero-Covid policy

earlier in December, as it means good times may really be back.

The possibility of Chinese tourists returning to Singapore offers tantalising prospects for restaurateurs like Mr Quek, not to mention for other parts of the economy, from retail to accommodation.
