SINGAPORE - You would think landlords would always be glad of a tenant, but when entrepreneur Royce Tan was looking to set up Singapore's first "rage room" - basically a space to rant, rave and smash things - he hit a brick wall.

Mr Tan spent frustrating days visiting one location after another when he began his quest about two years ago.
