SINGAPORE -Wartsila Singapore is selling five Jurong Town Corporation industrial properties in the West.
The divestment exercise will be conducted via an expression of interest which will close on October 14 at 3pm, a press statement said Monday.
Two of the industrial properties - 11 Pandan Crescent and 14 Benoi Crescent - will be sold with leaseback arrangements.
The other three properties at 43, 45 and 47 Gul Drive are on an outright sale basis, with vacant possession to be delivered when the sale is completed.
