SINGAPORE - The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has launched a residential site at Anchorvale Lane for sale by public tender on Wednesday (June 29) under the Confirmed List of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the first half of 2016.
The 21,014.6 sq m site, which is beside Punggol Reservoir, can potentially yield about 635 residential units and has a 99-year lease period.
The tender for the land parcel at Anchorvale Lane will close at noon on Aug 23.
