SINGAPORE - CapitaLand will be launching on Saturday (Sept 3) Victoria Park Villas, a landed housing project in District 10.
The project comprises 106 semi-detached houses and three bungalows. Altogether, it takes up a 403,000 sq ft site at the junction of Coronation Road and Victoria Park Road.
The 99-year leasehold project is about a 10 minute walk from Farrer Road and Tan Kah Kee MRT stations, and surrounded by schools including Nanyang Primary School and Raffles Girls' Primary School.
Floor area of the 106 semi-detached houses ranges from 4,166 sq ft to 6,943 sq ft with prices from S$4.4 million to S$7.6 million.
The three bungalows range from 10,904 sq ft to 11,539 sq ft in floor area and are priced from S$11 million to S$12 million.
