SINGAPORE – Early adopters of new technologies such as 5G tend to be large companies, but small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can also take advantage of them to compete with multinational corporations.

Soya bean beverage and snack chain Mr Bean Singapore is one example. With over 60 stores, the home-grown firm has been taking steps to digitalise its operations to be more efficient.
