SINGAPORE – Mr Gerald Tan hit a road block at the start of his career when the renewable energy business he launched in 2003, three years after graduating from university, was unsuccessful.
The firm, which provided integrated solar power solutions, failed because renewable energy was uncharted territory then, said Mr Tan.
