SINGAPORE – The market danced to the tune of a slew of key data and news releases, which included United States retail sales, business inventories, producer price index (PPI) and inflation data.
There was also news that the Chinese economy could be finally getting back on the path to recovery, despite struggling with an ailing property sector.
