If you are looking for yield, you could do worse than check out structured deposits - a product with higher rates than fixed deposits - but they are riskier and generally not available to retail investors.
A structured deposit combines a deposit with an investment product over a tenure that ranges from a few weeks to 10 years. The principal will be repaid in full at maturity or if the bank redeems the deposit before maturity.
