NEW YORK – Imagine starting a praiseworthy business of breeding salmon as a sustainable food source not at sea but on land in an old factory building.
This is what an enterprising US business is doing as it seeks to deliver the popular seafood to diners fresh from a former factory building on the industrial edges of Auburn, a small city in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
